As we’re going to be unable to leave our houses for a while, and, as you know, doing exercise is very important, here you have some activities for these days.
First of all, we’re going to WARM UP.

After warming up, here you have two different activities you can practice at home. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, let’s dance! And on Tuesday and Thursday, let’s sweat!

Everyday, when we finish the scheduled exercises we are going to do some yoga so we can relax and stretch your body. If you prefer, you can do your yoga class in the evening.
Don't forget your healthy habits! Clean your hands, your teeth, have a shower every day, and drink water while exercising.
