WEATHER FACTORS AND TOOLS There are four different factors when we talk about weather, and each one has a tool to measure it: Temperature : thermometer Humidity : hygrometer Wind : anemometer Precipitation : rain gauge BODIES OF WATER SALT WATER Oceans Large bodies of salt water. They are: Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, Artic and Southern Ocean. Seas Large bodies of salt water smaller than oceans. Some of them are: Mediterraneas, Caribbean, South China and Bering Sea.
